Just a gentle reminder about a great night coming up in club's social calendar!!
Wild West Themed Race Night!! Intrigued??? Well let me tell you more.........
Date is to be confirmed, but will be in Feb 2012 so not long!
Theme - Wild West
What should you do next, I hear you say??
1. Hunt out those checked shirts, cowboy hats & guns, sheriff badge and spurs!
2. Spare horse costume laying around from a new years fancy dress party?
3. Dust off those Chaps!! What a perfect night to get them out!
4. Your team captains will be coming round with race cards at training and matches for you to purchase your lucky horses €25, trainers €20 and jockeys €20.
5. This is a major fundraiser for club! Only takes every member buys only 2 spots & we will sucessfully sell all of them. That's just 2, so one horse and one trainer for example. Buy one yourself and convince friend or family member to purchase second spot.
6. Do you/your company or your team like to sponsor a race? €100
7. You prefer to purchase an advert in the race programme?? Only €75 for a full page and €50 for half a page. Doesn't have to be a company, you want to congratulate someone on a wedding, milestone birthday, or announce an engagement might be perfect way to do it??
So there's all the details so all is left is for you to decide on what checked shirt/chaps to wear and what to name your horse!! Talk to your team captain/team rep and make sure you get your spot.
