Having drawn on saturday the mens 3rds went out to North Kildare looking for 3 points.
The game started off quite even but no team could get a shot off to test the keepers until around half way into the half when skipper John Donnelly slaped one home.
Clontarf were then on the attack winning a few short courners, but some good saves from the kildare kept it at 1-0 to the tarf.
The next goal came when a kildare player was hit on the line giving us a stroke which was put home by Andrew Lambe just a few mins from half time.

The Second half started off strong with Gar McKenna showing us how its done at the back post making it 3-0.We were unlucky to not get a few more goals with some more good chances that came from Wal McConnell and Mark Gorman.
